To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食沙嗲王食左多年，一直鍾情於佢既白咖哩豬扒飯，豬扒肉爽口，肉質嫩滑，味道一流！睇到用左唔少香茅，咬落去仲微微有d肉汁，令人好滿足！配上白咖哩真係多多白飯都唔夠！全香港得佢一家有呢種白咖喱，話係咖啡查實都無一向食開既咖哩味，滿滿是南薑同香茅味，汁好濃但食極都唔會覺得滯！每客飯既份量都唔細，汁都多，我鍾意叫多個薄餅點汁食，真係一流！最正既係原則上食左十多年，佢既水準都保持得好好，間間分店既味道都好好，抵讚！
