基本上每道菜分量都偏少,但最不能接受係佢個招牌菜北京填鴨,鴨肉都ok, 但d餅皮係凍既。同個侍應講,佢講左句幫我地叮下佢😟拎返番黎話換左d熱既,但其實都係凍同好油。
炒年糕,有點薄。


食哂所有野東坡肉都未出現,之後cancel左,加左炒年糕同炒拉麵。另外明顯人手不足,叫好耐都無人黎;落錯單,叫左改都上錯。
環境方面,八點鐘熄哂燈等食客可以欣賞到海旁既幻彩詠香江。結束後無耐播「男兒當自強」音樂,我諗呢d比較適合或吸引遊客吧。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
