Le Soleil是我在香港最喜歡的越南餐廳, 她令我理解到越南菜不只是可以很down-to-earth的速食菜式, 在食材上和表達上也可以去到Fine的境界. 我最喜歡的, 都是肉! 脆皮炸牛腩比很多粵菜菜館更精細, 炸皮只是剛好附在牛腩上, 脆而薄的質感令我更能感受牛腩的腍, 牛味濃厚得就算不點咖喱醬也夠滿足, 這裡的咖喱微辣, 沒有太多椰漿, 主要是香料的香氣. 乳豬件肉骨相連, 不要忘記香港大部份乳豬也是由越南入口, 在越南餐廳吃越南乳豬是一件很理所當然的事吧! (哈) 肉質嫩滑而Juicy, 和牛腩的口感相映成趣, 配上蔥油的吃法和廣東人吃雞配薑蓉倒是有點相似.
