To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday下班來到一直想試的Cafe聽說有很大份的黑松露炒蛋🥯意大利黑松露醬炒滑蛋貝果 ($138)🥚很是震撼的超大份炒蛋😲用上很多黑松露醬炒成,熟度和上菜熱度剛剛好,bagel上有黑白芝麻一起焗製,貝果焗得脆口之餘,亦十分香芝麻味,炒蛋不會令bagel變軟,十分讚!😋🍝焗意大利肉醬千層麵($138)肉醬配上芝士一起焗的千層麵,肉醬夠,但千層麵焗得太軟了,令整體感覺一般。🍰3寸Tiramisu 賣相挺吸引的,但中間手指餅略嫌浸得太耐/多咖啡(還是用上了baileys?!)入口變得有點水水的,不太理想。🙁餐廳外有鋼琴,客人可以隨意走上去高彈一曲,🎹氣氛是挺寫意的,座位雖少,但氣氛不錯,炒蛋貝果是好吃和吸引的,只是另外點的pasta, dessert扣了點分。⚠️提提大家:到餐廳那段路要先上一個大斜坡,大家要有心理準備啊!

🥯意大利黑松露醬炒滑蛋貝果 ($138)🥚
很是震撼的超大份炒蛋😲
用上很多黑松露醬炒成,熟度和上菜熱度剛剛好,
bagel上有黑白芝麻一起焗製,貝果焗得脆口之餘,亦十分香芝麻味,
炒蛋不會令bagel變軟,十分讚!😋
