今日嚟咗打邊爐,但係最近我嘅並唔係佢哋嘅湯底而係佢哋嘅火鍋配料呀😽今日叫咗三款配料分別就係🤞🏻:頂級安格斯牛小排、牛三郎同日本廣島蠔。講吓嗰個牛小排先啦,改個名係頂級估唔到食落去都真係頂級貨👑第一啖食落口已經感受到佢嘅肉味非常之濃郁❗️唔會有太多嘅油份,就算食多幾片都唔會覺得好膩。之後呢就介紹吓佢個牛三郎,分別有三個唔同嘅部位。我自己最鍾意呢就係食牛柳粒如果唔太飽嘅話我都會加多一份牛柳粒食㗎🎲最後呢就係今日嘅重頭戲廣島蠔🤗,首先佢哋嘅蠔清洗得好乾淨,唔會話有蠔殼。食落口仲要係非常甜美,厚肉🫶🏻
