To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時大家都各有各忙 終於同班姊妹就啱時間食飯lu.....所以決定book間房盡情一吓.....mad::yeah!!我地簡咗食中菜,齊人一坐底就即刻點菜lu,增取時間嘛.....我地叫咗招牌菜蜜汁叉燒外,有富貴雞...等等, 真係要讚吓位經理,佢建議咗其餘菜式外,重介紹咗兩個新菜式比我地試....真係good喎,第一個菜(桂花西紅柿) 雖然只係冷盤,但味道好特別.......桂花有小小甜香加埋新鮮蕃茄微酸既味道.....真清新第二個菜(滑豆腐東星班) 哩個真係要比個讚佢呀....可能東星班多數都係清蒸來食,同埋佢用滑豆腐來配合,感覺好食得健康.....有兩種不同(滑)既口感,真係難忘 下次要返炒唯一覺得嘛嘛地既就係個冰鎮露筍,味道一般,賣相唔係好得! 其餘既都好好味.....甜品.....西瓜波波爽,有蘆薈肉一齊食! 天氣咁熱!啱晒重有! 唔知係咪咁啱得咁橋,頭盤係蕃茄,甜品係西瓜頭尾都紅噹噹......

第二個菜(滑豆腐東星班) 哩個真係要比個讚佢呀
....可能東星班多數都係清蒸來食,同埋佢用滑豆腐來配合,感覺好食得健康.....有兩種不同(滑)既口感,真係難忘
下次要返炒


唯一覺得嘛嘛地既就係個冰鎮露筍,味道一般,賣相唔係好得!
