To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 女朋友大人整完頭髮話想食雞煲，近近地揀左尖沙咀金馬倫道既小魚兒未入到餐廳係樓梯口已經被濃濃雞煲香味衝擊我既肚仔。令等待既15分鐘變得無比漫長。。。輪侯期間靚仔遠處觀察店內環境，店舖雖小但餐桌排位都十分照顧顧客同店員既感受，枱之間都有足夠既空間比人出入，十分抵讚。一入到去立即用QR Code點左我地期待左十五分鐘既鮑魚雞煲，顏色十分鮮艷，店員亦十分細心提我地雞煲滾起後關火等３分鐘就食得鮑魚雞煲 - 半隻 $268開篕後濃濃既芫荽撲鼻而來，雞煲醬料都炒得十分濃稠可以掛滿每一塊雞件。大胃既靚仔當然不能止步於半隻雞，同場加映一份牛肉同鵝腸安格斯牛肉 - 小份 $148鵝腸 - $88牛肉非常新鮮，解凍做得很好，沒有冰雪味鵝腸重點推介！！ $88竟然有咁大碟鵝腸，鵝腸洗得非常乾淨，十分肥美爽口。用膳後成身暖笠笠，落樓下左邊是酒吧街，右邊是諾士佛台，你又會點揀？
