To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好一般的越南餐廳......可能因為我叫的,不是他們的招牌菜。我叫了一個套餐,生牛肉河加檸水,價錢都唔貴的$53。另外加個上湯生菜$18。不過,啲湯完全無越南粉的味,仲要太甜,喜歡飲湯的我都有少少失落。最似越南粉的,就只得那片香草......但落完香草都無味......再講片牛肉,是沒有牛肉味的,而且食得出好老,好”un”身好似咬香口膠咁。越南生牛河最重要的湯底同牛肉都唔太得,唔太建議大家係呢到食。至於好多人叫的蟹粉同小食,就唔知會唔會好食啲。
