

我叫左香茅豬扒湯檬,一黎到就覺得份量有少少細,湯檬個湯正正常常,唔會好油、唔會好重味,夠味而食完後唔會太口渴,但啲檬粉太碎啦,根本夾唔到,要好匙畢黎食。至於個豬扒,有三塊,份量正常,一塊入面有肥有瘦,瘦既部分都幾乾柴,做唔到人地瘦既部分都好腍滑既感覺,味道都足夠,略嫌油左少少。

因為個粉份量有啲少,同事俾左啲飯我食,肉碎幾重味,但都幾辣,唔明點解貴咁多。

跟餐叫左紅棗桂㘣茶,唔會超甜,只係偏甜,入面真係有紅棗同桂㘣,唔錯。

另一位同事既牛尾飯,我無食就唔評論了。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
