To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,要過海,由九龍城屋企坐巴士去旺角轉MTR。順便吃早餐日。早餐由$34-38不等,都是標準港式有麵、有蛋、有包、有飲品。凍飲+$3。叫了兩客,👩🏻要的是沙爹牛肉麵,👦🏻要火腿通粉,各有牛角包和炒蛋。麵質爽,沒麵香。牛肉肉質和味道是令人滿意的。火腿通粉是大片火腿片而不是火腿絲,吃來有點麻煩。牛角包微溫,好吃。炒蛋實淨,蛋量不少,但不算太滑。如果不是要去旺角轉MTR,我相信我有更多更好的選擇!

麵質爽,沒麵香。牛肉肉質和味道是令人滿意的。

火腿通粉是大片火腿片而不是火腿絲,吃來有點麻煩。

牛角包微溫,好吃。炒蛋實淨,蛋量不少,但不算太滑。

如果不是要去旺角轉MTR,我相信我有更多更好的選擇!
