To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噏到嚟金茶王，先黎個沙爹牛肉麵，香噴噴嘅沙爹醬確實分外誘人。炒蛋真係好滑，外表微微金黃，入口即溶咁滑嘅口感，點嘅香脆包，層次分明，嘢梗係要熱辣辣先夠晒架啦！添上杯熱檸茶，心情都跟住舒暢咗，整體黎講，真係食得好唞呢。🍜🍳🍞夥計服務態度不過不失，但食物真心做到曬香港風味，環境衛生就标准茶餐廳feel，無緊要求好高嘅話，呢度真係過得去。啱哂想快手搞掂個肚或者想飽嚟飽去嘅！總之，金茶王，行過路過唔可以錯過，得閒食返餐經濟又飽肚嘅香港地道美食，又或者同三五知己傾吓偈，feel下香港嘅飲食文化。👍👌🇭🇰

7點8個字落單，8點9個字出單，中間催了2次都不理話問下，在那做了1個鐘水都不上一杯，最後9個字問他等了快一個小時了能不能快點才把單打出來，斜對面的阿伯等了9個字就不等了，關鍵是等了這麼久了，東西還這麼難吃，雜菜煲99塊裡面真的全是青菜，就兩塊蟹肉棒（合成那種），還有2個蝦米，一開始以為他這麼久都不上菜是因為怕我只喝盅湯就走人，但結果是別人根本就沒下單，那我中間問了2次是幹嘛的，9個字催完說等了1個鐘，5分鐘就上完了菜

銀龍係一間好親民嘅茶餐廳，佢嘅食物好多香港特色，而且價錢都好實惠，真係唔錯嘅選擇。我試咗佢哋嘅沙爹牛肉麵，味道一般啦，不過都熱辣辣嘅！佢哋嘅炒蛋都幾香滑（可能我本身有bias炒蛋😂），連埋餐包夠晒飽肚！加埋一杯熱檸茶，全餐只係唔到50蚊，都幾抵食，返工放lunch去食夠晒就腳✨呢度嘅夥計服務態度老老豆豆就差啲嘅。環境衛生方面就同其他茶記差唔多啦🤔，但係其實overall我覺得佢算係一間唔錯嘅茶餐廳，尤其係遊客/外國返黎想食啲有品質保證香港嘅特色美食而且唔想太貴，金茶王係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

Firstly, when I arrived, there wasn’t many people yet they made us share a table with unknown people. Then when I placed my order, I had to wait for 20minutes which the family who came after me go their food before I did. Then suddenly I was changed to another table and had to place my order again. The service here is extremely bad even for a normal cha chan teng. The coffee was scrolling hot and the taste was too sour, it was unbearable!
