To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路聽人話好食,終於同朋友去試下~~一試之下,期望越大,失望越大……一,先論食物叫了個常餐,炒蛋、叉燒意、熱奶茶牛好炒蛋,都算滑,不過無乜特別,同澳牛差不多,大家樂都有牛奶滑蛋,唔係特別好食,除非你未食過滑蛋~~~而且今時今日仲用北海道輻射奶就真係要諗清楚~~~叉燒意,基本上同一般正常的茶餐廳一樣味,d叉燒切到紙咁薄~~~熱奶茶就OK啦,不過唔係用黑白奶沖的,用的是壽星公~~而價錢比一般茶餐廳貴了2-5元二、論服務好快就有位,落單及食物上台都很快不過我其中一個朋友叫了熱朱古力/谷咕,卻來了個熱華田,睇返佢個餐牌,華田和谷咕是兩個items來的。而且伙計落單追單的態度很差,無咩禮貌,可能太忙吧!三,論環境座位及食桌都很狹窄,迫到幾乎會碰到隔離位,環境很嘈吵,都係食完會即走果種所以這間餐廳看來被誇讚了,可能因為名氣才引了很多人去試,不過今次試過就算,不會再想去多次,反正真是很普通,一般合格的茶餐廳都有這個的水準,甚至更好。

一,先論食物
叫了個常餐,炒蛋、叉燒意、熱奶茶
牛好炒蛋,都算滑,不過無乜特別,同澳牛差不多,大家樂都有牛奶滑蛋,唔係特別好食,除非你未食過滑蛋~~~
