To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐。媽咪話食手打烏冬。我食豬頸肉烏冬。豬頸肉好麻麻 唔夠熱 燒得好乾 太薄 而且個醬汁太甜。手打烏冬就唔錯既 彈牙 湯底清清地唔會太咸。另外叫左追加一隻流心蛋。唔算太流心 但醃得唔錯。柚子蜜普普通通 冇特別。
