To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行四人入開元朗,就專登行去試下永年士多嘅車仔麵⋯行到門口,經已見到有一條小人龍⋯不過唔使五分鐘就已經到我哋,我地兵分兩路⋯兩人叫嘢食,兩個人就去搵位⋯而我自己就要左油面、豬腸、朱紅、魚蛋,油面麵質比較淋,其他餸就普普通通⋯其實同出面嘅車仔麵真係差唔多,比較特別少少係佢嘅朱紅係甜甜地嘅。另外自己就叫多左杯紅豆冰,反而杯紅豆冰有驚喜⋯紅豆大大粒又夠多,唔錯唔錯。可能自己不嬲都鍾意食開車仔麵,所以坦白講呢間野真係冇咩咁特別好食⋯我諗我自己應該唔會再有下次。
