To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食牛角,原因係個囡和同學食完,話幾好食,想食多次,於是陪佢撐枱腳。因為不是會員,職員推介匯豐卡折扣套餐,原價$10xx, 七折後$7xx, 個女得13歲,怕食唔晒。於是單點,叫咗一份5點燒肉,一份燒汁豚肉,一份牛脊肉,兩隻大蝦,一份金菇,一份帶子,兩份玉子紫菜飯。一杯啤酒及一杯柚子蜜,埋單$7xx. 質素好普通,份量好少,兩人食完要再去隔離東大街食甜品才夠飽。呢間試一次便夠,不會回頭,同等價錢,大把選擇好過佢。
