Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見食評咁好. 而且對燒玉子特別愛好. 見咁多人推介. 就晚上黎一試.由於下午2點一路tea到6點關係.已好飽! 但都約好黎一試.7點到達. 冇乜人. 大量位供應. 格局似似地一門, 走高格/價少少既路線.waitress服務不錯,好快手.食左:厚燒玉子, 原味. 普通. 太多水跟碟. 我真係發現食家寫既好食過真係食. 都係果句, 講層次講變化, 一隻玉子十層次變化你唔會食左炸雞出黎. 點都唔可以話依度係好食. 個人口味而言只係ok!麥豚烏冬, 不過不失. 但唔會記得!南瓜沙律, 餐前小點而言算係今晚最好吃既一味. 冇空間再試其他. 但此水平此價錢. cwb/灣仔大量更好選擇.
