To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於重開晚市,滿心歡喜一家人一齊晚飯。點了晚飯套餐 + 家常小菜,有鮑魚有鷄有菜有魚有欖骨,正常叫「普通白飯」;誰不知一等再等三等,熱菜變凍,三催四請,最後十五二十分鐘後,原來飯「煲」好了,這些正常理解最基本既「白飯」才慢慢由廚房取出。再望吓,全場十檯客左右?有六七檯客也在等飯。 樓面完全冇應對,見客投訴就行開算數,好似係個客吾啱吾應該點白飯咁。恕小弟見識少,酒樓做晚市八點幾可以做到冇白飯,又或者冇預備白飯,我真係第一次見。廚房入面竟然吾知自己有冇白飯,夠吾夠飯,點樣處理,竟然冇人準備冇人跟進。可以做到全場既客真係「等飯到」;直接效果係個「蝦仁炒蛋」炒到幾好食,個「欖骨」有幾好幾入味,真係個廚房師傅功力幾勁都無用。廿分鐘前後個飯終於到了,樓面連一句「對唔住」都冇,當晚上左六碟餸加條魚全部熱餸冷食,呢餐係非常差既體驗同服務。總結:簡單嘢基本事情冇人理去到終極,就係全場冧檔。當晚俾我既體驗就係咁。
