To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經外買平台幫襯匯聚軒，諗住叫兩個餸做晚餐，本身大約一個鐘頭就話可以預備好並送到，結果等咗一個鐘頭零15分鐘，先收到電話通知餐廳兩個餸都賣晒，cut埋單。咩都冇得食，仲要一肚氣

一個月至少去四次，由接待員，經理以及收銀員態度奇差，打電話booking，通常到了都係要你等，全部人係門口等，叫個男經理加水，攞外賣盒永遠唔啋你，到收銀處希望用$500換$100用作給夥計貼士都覺得你麻煩，反而樓面的夥計會留客，難怪香港人北上飲食，收費還不是相宜的那種！另外食物是一般、大時大節全部都是大茶飯，即是套餐，一式一樣，一個味道，容忍真的有限，冇其他理由會再去，真的沒有下次了！還有上次點的豉油雞也是凍的！
