To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今晚我們一行八人揀了所有人也未去過位於灣仔的北京老家吃晚飯。由於餐廳裝潢是走古式古香的風格,配上很多特色的擺設,我地幾位女士就瘋狂地影相打卡,男士就負責點菜。侍應生説今晚所飲的茶是大麥茶,唔睇餐牌都唔知原來只有灣仔店舖才有供應,茶位每位$15。是夜叫了蒜泥茄子($78)和四喜烤麩($78)作為前菜,茄子比較淡味,烤麩味道略勝一籌。食京菜又怎可以不點北京填鴨($428),我們有八個人,所以叫了一整隻,每片鴨片都有皮和肉,分佈得很平均,不會有太過油膩的感覺,皮薄饀靚,整體不錯。今晚我最欣賞老家燜子($118),外表看起來不甚起眼,但味道很特別,質感煙煙韌韌又有囗感,記得蘸上那些醬汁一起吃,味道濃郁又帶有點麻醬的香味,可能未曾吃過這道菜,非常有新鮮感,不經意地吃多兩件。第一次食葫蘆香鴿($218),發覺盛載的碟是葫蘆形狀,不知是否因此而命名,外表看起來有點太乾的感覺,但廚師烹調出來的效果是很能鎖住肉汁,換來外脆內軟的口感。拔絲山藥($88)外貌很吸引,以往只會吃拔絲香蕉或拔絲雪糕,原來拔絲山藥也不錯,味道甜甜地又爽口。
