To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次的百日晚宴，合共有5圍，食品方面整體其實不錯，唯獨炆伊麵過咸，有啲可惜。場地環境都算滿意，雖然空間並唔算太大，但勝在擺到5圍後仲放到6枱麻雀。服務整體不過不失，負責的幾位職員都算有禮。不過，我地本身係每圍額外加多1人份量，但到第三度菜發覺並無加到份量，即時向職員反映後，廚房亦即刻改番。另一方面，我地有啲特別要求 (例如要一張放蛋糕枱 / 想安排開席前切蛋糕)，回應或行動就較為慢。整體如果以晚宴的評分，我認為係合格。
