To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有位外國的朋友到香港,從open rice找到這間餐廳,地點,價錢,食物也符合我要求,是米芝蓮一星,還有,正我們點了套餐,因為方便,每人一份,衛生又不會爭。涼伴青瓜,淸新,微辣~砂窩翅,內有蝦肉蟹肉,好鮮味!I love it~~斑件,少少辣,因放了xo醬,味道幾好,只是魚皮有點硬~扒大蝦,蝦夠大,汁是用椰汁及咖喱做的,泰式味道!不錯!不錯!番茄伴香菇,不夠味,有點淡~亞拉斯加長腳蟹,啖啖肉,上湯煮後鮮味更佳~甜點是芒果芝士蛋糕伴熱情果雪芭,先食蛋糕再食雪芭,酸酸地,夠醒胃!今晚很滿意!我會再來~
