To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作關係要轉坐元朗,知道這邊很多穏世食店,想在這段時間四處試試。由於BB剛出世,老婆不想食生泠東西,已經差不多半年沒有食日本壽司。我很簡單。食材新鮮丶干淨是我食日本壽司的基本要求。這裡做到了。在壽司製法方便也作出了變化,如醬漬、炙燒、加紫菜、加海鹽等等。司傅手法尚可,氣氛沈悶。中午時份以$300+10%食師傅推介是可以接受。見晚餐要$1000,我未必會試。另外加分是店內唯一女待應,我相信是日本妹,識講廣東話,人又吸晴。
