周末又係出街食飯嘅日子,母親提意黎哩度,就book咗五個位。六點半去到仲有唔少位,一早搵咗梁部長留咗隻百寶鴨,但就硬係留唔倒個冬瓜盅,可能要再之前一日book先留倒呱! 今次無叫D招牌菜,例如古法鴨腳包、金錢雞、古法焗魚腸、...................因為真係食咗好多次,叫吓其它,睇吓D真功夫先。百花釀蟹鉗: 蟹鉗無乜蟹肉,但外面包住嘅蝦膠就好鮮味,彈牙感就好一股。住意:最少叫兩隻蟹鉗,每隻28蚊酥炸軟殼蟹:炸得好薄好酥脆,炸粉漿一流,但係就唔太鐘意佢地用鹹蛋黃炒,咁樣好唔健康。仲有一樣野要彈,就係隻軟殼蟹唔夠鮮味紅酒腰豆牛尾煲:哩個係蓮香居嘅特別推介,感覺上個汁勁似紅豆豬手哥個嘅葡菜,有抄習之嫌疑。個汁有紅酒同埋腰豆味,又唔鹹,唔錯! 埋面仲有洋蔥同埋紅蘿蔔,全部材料都煲得好稔雲翠炒馬蹄:馬蹄嘅甜味可以係雲耳同埋D翠玉瓜到食得到,翠玉瓜&馬蹄夠爽脆清甜煲煲靓例湯:主要係用昆布同海帶瘦肉黎煲嘅靓例湯,五個人每人可以分倒兩碗。個湯幾有昆布同海帶味道,唔會過鹹蜜汁叉燒:舊伙記已經問定你要乜叉燒,咁就梗係簡半肥瘦個隻啦! 叉燒切得薄D就更好,甜甜嘅蜜汁好惹味粉絲什菜煲:一般粉絲什菜

生炆鮮班頭腩
班頭腩肉好鮮甜,墊底嘅油豆腐同D腐竹盡索班頭腩茨汁嘅味道。
昆布綠豆糖水:例湯同例甜品都係用昆布,睇怕買手入咗好多貨,個昆布綠豆糖水好好
飲,唔太甜,D綠豆煲得好稔,糖水每一啖都帶有海草味!
過往D野食幾得,但今次就只係O.K
