To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日前約左成班同事要一齊放工食飯, 同事試過之後話值得再去一趟, 甘我地就book 左大中華飯店.去到既時候6點半左右唔係太多人, 原來都有幾間鋪位.一坐低同事就話要點野, 一路講一路將菜名寫上入單紙上, 原來呢度係要自己寫單交比侍應. 聽講呢間係星級飯堂, 門外有貼住的明星相, 又上過電視.撈起 : 係一個三文魚刺身醬油沙律, 要大家用筷子撈均所以叫撈起, 味道幾清新黑椒汁豬手 : 味道有的D 偏鹹, 不過隻豬手好大碟, 鐵板上白焯花甲 : 夠多肉腐竹胡椒豬肚湯 : 白色的湯水夠胡椒豬肚又好味, 不錯南乳炆鱔 : 夠脆又香, 塊鱔片都幾厚肉隻雞...好似叫乞丐雞 : 成隻用鐵支串起, 要用手撕黎食, 隻雞幾滑, 幾特別刴椒豬腳仔 : 呢個好好味, 又入味又好咬生少糯米飯 : 會即時係你面前炒, 不過份量較少而且唔係太香冰鎮墨魚 : 厚肉爽口

腐竹胡椒豬肚湯 : 白色的湯水夠胡椒豬肚又好味, 不錯

南乳炆鱔 : 夠脆又香, 塊鱔片都幾厚肉
隻雞...好似叫乞丐雞 : 成隻用鐵支串起, 要用手撕黎食, 隻雞幾滑, 幾特別
刴椒豬腳仔 : 呢個好好味, 又入味又好咬

生少糯米飯 : 會即時係你面前炒, 不過份量較少而且唔係太香
冰鎮墨魚 : 厚肉爽口

Other Info. : 係長沙灣不是太多食店或可能網民吹噓關係, 潮菜係可以的但係絕非好味道要再幫襯, 試左就好了. 隻黑椒豬手既黑椒汁係之後先淋上去, 所以黑椒唔入味既 .
