To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 侄兒生日,我們一家請他飲茶慶祝,他是美食達人,米芝蓮推介的星級食肆逸東軒自是首選。且自去年因疫情禁堂食,酒樓曾推出十多款外賣優惠點心,劃一價$38。今年更延續優惠至週日午市堂食,絕對超值。我們早一星期訂位,今午去到,已見高朋滿座。逸東軒位於酒店地庫,樓底低,也沒有景觀,幸好裝潢雅致時尚,燈光柔和,情調溫馨。但最重要的是食物有質素,有口碑。我們的枱在廂房內,寬敞寧靜。我們坐下點了一壺壽眉茶、八款點心、一個燒腩仔及一個主食炒河粉。這裏的食具及茶具古雅精美,茶水都用爐暖著,非常週到貼心。八款點心包括下列:筍尖鮮蝦餃 — 皮薄煙韌,皺褶分明,晶瑩小巧,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。帶子蒸燒賣 — 普通燒賣造型,特別在上面鋪了一薄片帶子,多了一份鮮味,一分矝貴。蠔皇叉燒包 — 皮鬆軟,叉燒餡肥瘦適中,濃濃炭香蜜味,非常好食。逸東小籠包 — 皮薄而韌,鎖住鮮甜美味的湯汁,每隻包子放在一特製深窩匙羹內,可拿可啜可飲,一滴不漏。招牌貨,自然用足心思。蜂巢海鮮芋角 — 外層像蜂巢,金黃香脆,不油膩。滿滿芋蓉鮮蝦餡料,甘香美味。海鮮鹹水角 — 金黃亮麗,外脆內軟,除了一般餡料外,加入帶子蝦肉粒,口感豐富。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕

脆皮燒腩仔 — 好食到難以形容,豬皮甘香,入口即化。腩肉肥瘦有層次,肉香迷人,口感油潤,滋味無窮。貴,但值價。
