今晚去咗Element度食"天天海南雞飯", 時間只係大約七點多就已經差唔多爆場, 可見佢嘅受歡迎程度都好高👍🏼正宗海南雞 $199 我地㨂左呢一款係用文昌雞做嘅, 雞味會重啲, 當你一夾起舊雞嘅時候就會見到雞皮同雞肉中間夾著一層啫喱, 睇見都流口水, 咬落去嘅時候雞皮夠爽而雞肉質地亦十分嫩滑, 可見煮雞嘅技巧非常好, 而食嘅時候再點埋辣雞醬就更加野味雞油飯 $39, 食海南雞又點可以唔配埋個雞油飯呢, 個飯煮得粒粒分明而且唔會油膩, 帶少少鹹香味, 同個海南雞係絶配參巴辣椒炒通菜 $89通菜炒得青嫩爽脆, 參巴醬嘅味道同馬拉盞有幾分相似, 菜中間夾雜住幾條紅辣椒仲以為會好辣, 但原來味道啱啱好, 就算食唔到辣嘅人都大可以放心食黑金义燒 $99呢味叉燒認真有噱頭, 當服務員放低嘅時候就會淋上少少酒再點火, 讓火在叉燒上面燒一陣, 真正做到色香味俱全, 义燒用腩肉做嘅, 肥瘦相間, 食落口有陣陣油脂香味滲出, 肉質爽滑唔靭, 呢碟叉燒堅係正超級水果茶 $38水果茶真材實料, 裏面有幾款生果片, 味道酸酸甜甜解渴又開胃豆花恐龍美祿 $32美祿恐龍大家應飲過, 但加埋豆腐花一齊就真係第一次試

豆花恐龍美祿 $32
美祿恐龍大家應飲過, 但加埋豆腐花一齊就真係第一次試, 將兩者mix埋一齊飲感覺有少少似奶昔, 但就多咗份豆香味, 幾特别值得試吓
