To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這算是高質素的下午茶,食物美味,蝦餃皮薄蝦多,個人認為菜苗餃及黑松露素餃更值得一試。茶係烏龍茶,好清純嘅茶味。蜜糖薑汁糕不太甜,好好味。豉油王炒腸粉好耐無食喇,這裡的不太咸,唔會太軟,軟硬度剛剛好😋😋滑蛋蝦仁嘅又好滑,話梅石榴,味道酸甜,係好開胃嘅菜式,還有椰汁紫米露,雖然都好食,但比較甜。蜜糖薑汁糕豉油王炒腸粉菜苗餃咕嚕肉黑松露素餃酒樓環境都很整潔,今天天氣很好,有充足的陽光,能夠對住海景休閑地嘆茶真係賞心樂事。而服務員的工作熱誠,食物夠熱,很快便上枱,能充足利用限時的放題時間可惜今天無小籠包提供
