🌟 明星經常到訪嘅精緻手工菜式今次朋友叫我去港島食晚餐,本來要過海都唔想理佢,但係佢話今次依間小店植得一試,諗住陪吓佢嘅心態就去試吓。坐低冇幾耐竟然見到詹瑞文,即刻知道一定冇嚟錯。帶子他他透明玻璃小瓶入面有半透明嘅帶子他他,配搭墨魚汁脆片,酸酸地更加帶出帶子嘅鮮甜。巴馬火腿·水牛芝士·蜜瓜擺盤睇落去真係好似聖誕花圈一樣,鹹香嘅火腿、芝香嘅芝士配搭鮮甜嘅蜜瓜,三重嘅層次和味道真係好開胃。蕃茄雜菜湯濃厚嘅蕃茄味,酸中帶甜。紫薯雜菜意大利飯第一次見紫色嘅意大利飯,原來係紫薯口味,飯粒煙煙韌韌咁,配搭香甜嘅紫薯其實都好夾。鮮茄紅酒燴牛尾牛尾煮到入哂味,口感軟腍。有趣嘅係呢款菜式配搭印度薄餅,吸收晒紅酒汁都好過癮。法式焦糖燉蛋面頭烤到焦糖般嘅香脆,食落口感幼滑又有蛋香。The Ground Kitchen (西環)西環西營盤水街47號地舖
