「發達叉燒」位於灣仔嘅「鋒膳」,由燒味大廚余燦達主理,絕對係燒味愛好者今期必試嘅聖地!今次叫咗招牌燒腩仔潤腸雙蛋飯❤️燒腩仔嘅外皮金黃酥脆,咬落去時,肥瘦相間嘅肉質柔嫩多汁,配合住豐富嘅肉香,實在太出色!每一片燒腩仔嘅脂肪與瘦肉比例恰到好處,超香~大廚嘅獨門醃製秘方,令燒腩仔嘅味道層次分明,既有醬香,又唔失肉本身嘅鮮味潤腸更係令我食唔停口,口感滑順,與燒腩仔搭配得天衣無縫,增添咗整體飯菜嘅層次感。兩顆煎蛋嘅蛋黃流心,輕輕一戳便流出,與飯同燒味混合,令呢道菜更加好味!點餐時仲會送上一碗老火例湯,豬肉好淋,非常出色 成碗湯清甜可口,展現咗食材嘅原味~湯汁清澈,口感滑順~🧡值得encore 的小店!❤️
