To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從第一次喺灣仔分店食過旺記既滑蛋叉燒飯後,我已經愛上左呢間冰室。等到頸到長埋,終於修成正果,等到佢喺尖沙咀開分店,仲要喺我公司附近,真係好開心啊!2:30落到黎都仲有小人龍,好彩好多都入到去。發現佢地3點開始有tea set,下次遲半粒鐘落黎先得😂叫左兩個通粉餐,套餐包埋野飲同炒蛋多士,$50有找算抵食!鮑魚絲通粉個湯底超甜!!我撈埋份炒蛋落去一齊食,正!另外豬膶通都唔錯,豬膶大大塊,有成4、5塊。跟餐既炒滑蛋真係超級超級滑!!爭啲想食埋我同事嗰隻😂😂
