To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 閒日一至五要喺尖沙咀搵個位食飯都難。呢間旺記冰室都見好多人,今日難得星期六都要嚟尖沙咀做嘢,但又想食嗰快飯,所以就嚟咗呢度食。有滑蛋叉燒飯,豬潤通粉等等嘅選擇。點了「番茄湯午餐肉通粉」亦送到我面前,番茄湯的顏色紅噹噹10分鮮艷,而且質感濃稠,相信加左唔少茄膏烹煮而成,但湯底唔覺有加入新鮮蕃茄,幸好味道還算香濃,沒有太人工化的蕃茄味道,午餐肉大大粒亦唔算好肥,連我這個挑食、怕肥的人亦接受到,通粉亦彈性。4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋/鮮牛油麥包多士蛋炒得又濕又滑,不用過份的牛油調味,清清地也不俗。麥包多士烘至輕、鬆、脆,比白麵包多份口感。跟炒蛋一嚡一滑,有對比又相襯。不得不得介紹,最出名本店自製叉燒日本滑蛋飯!真係食落去雞蛋係日本牛乳製造 好滑停不得到口!我倆很滿足地離開呢間冰室,估唔到茶記都可以食到有質素嘅炒滑蛋!呢個應該就係長期多人原因!
