係旺角forest mall入面的《青花》秦式餐廳,走純白淡雅路線,以木系燈飾和淺啡色的鼠尾草做佈置裝飾,于人一種悠閑舒適放輕鬆的感覺,置身其中完全唔覺得自己係旺角鬧市,好讓客人可以享受當中的寧靜舒泰🔮炭燒牛豬雙拼串燒沙嗲雖然外表好似燒到好燶,但係食落竟然超級軟嫩,豬肉夠腍,牛肉甘香,沙嗲香甜且花生香味濃郁,十分惹味🔮白冬陰功南薑椰汁雞湯我一向都好鍾意飲冬陰公湯,這款白冬陰功湯以椰汁做底,跟平時成日飲到的紅椒湯底相比起來,就更加多添了一份清椰香味道,特別這湯底用雞骨雞肉來熬製,份外鮮味,配以南薑,青檸,香茅,檸檬葉和其他泰式香料等,酸辣醒胃又鮮味🔮荔枝菠蘿紅咖喱大蝦泰國菜經常都會以水果入饌,在紅咖喱入面特別加入菠蘿和荔枝,其鮮果甜味不但可以中和辛辣的咖喱,更加可以突出其泰國特產的地道感,蝦肉新鮮質爽口彈牙又大隻,啖啖肉,紅咖喱汁底不但有蝦鮮味,又有果甜香,再加上陣陣椰奶味,無論口感味道都很有層次,用來送飯或者配薄餅食都好正呀!🔮藍蝶花蟹肉菠蘿炒飯以蝶荳花水來煮椰漿飯,藍藍紫紫的賣相又真係幾好打卡,加入煎蛋餅碎然拌勻,上面舖滿一層手拆的鮮蟹肉碎,一啖入口,軟糯香口又鮮味,伴碟還有大大階的

🔮炭燒牛豬雙拼串燒沙嗲
雖然外表好似燒到好燶,但係食落竟然超級軟嫩,豬肉夠腍,牛肉甘香,沙嗲香甜且花生香味濃郁,十分惹味

以蝶荳花水來煮椰漿飯,藍藍紫紫的賣相又真係幾好打卡,加入煎蛋餅碎然拌勻,上面舖滿一層手拆的鮮蟹肉碎,一啖入口,軟糯香口又鮮味,伴碟還有大大階的鮮菠蘿,上菜前輕燒一會,鮮甜爆汁,旁邊還有炒香過的腰果和肉鬆,再加上一朵蘭花作點綴,確是一道滿滿泰式風情的炒飯呀
