依家好多朋友都去咗泰國旅行,搞到我今日突然好想食泰國菜。放工去咗瓊華中心有間叫做泰 Thaiology, 裝修靚靚,主色深綠色顯得有氣派。見到餐牌發現有一個叫做shake shake 海鮮, 咁開心梗係叫。海鮮可以自選三款,五款同埋八款,價錢由$328起,另外仲可以加錢食龍蝦同埋大肉蟹。我就加咗$88就有波士頓龍蝦🦞,另外再有虎蝦四隻鮑魚兩隻,跟住店員俾個透明膠袋,我就將所有海鮮放晒落去再加醬汁,然後Shake Shake, 之後就可以品嚐美味嘅海鮮。新鮮嘅海鮮混合泰式醬料,令鮮味更突出。仲有泰式沙嗲都係呢度主打,叫咗兩串雞肉,燒得夠香,雞肉嫩滑,最重要就係沾上佢哋嘅秘製沙嗲醬。馬拉盞炒通菜,呢個餸最主要係炒工夫,夠晒鑊氣。飲品有菠蘿梳打同埋蜂蜜龍眼蘆薈特飲,清涼解渴仲滋潤添。暫時冇得去泰國,喺香港食下泰國菜滿足下先🤭
