真心觉得不错的几道:🦐大虾冬阴功:汤底酸辣够劲,香料味足但不呛喉,关键是虾给得大方,新鲜弹牙,喝下去暖胃又开胃。🥬牛肉生菜包:炒香的牛肉碎带着镬气,重点是一定要蘸他家的特调酱汁!*酸酸辣辣很泰式,包在新鲜生菜里,一口下去清爽又惹味。🐟泰式腌三文鱼:这道很惊喜!三文鱼新鲜肥美,用泰式酸辣酱汁腌制得恰到好处,香草味突出,口感滑嫩带点刺激,作为前菜非常醒神。🥭芒果糯米饭:颜值担当!蝶豆花染的紫色糯米非常漂亮,天然好看。糯米本身软糯香甜,椰浆浓郁但不会过甜,配上熟透的芒果,经典又满足的收尾。
