To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香口脆炸既金黃魚皮更加唔少得,手快浸一浸湯就食得,咬落仲有卜卜聲就知有幾正!
響鈴細細卷索一索熱湯稍軟即食,豆香夾埋濃郁熱雞湯感覺簡直絕配!

雖然冇叫麻辣湯,但都要叫鴨血滿足下口癮,薄薄地切開幾片,煮熟左夠晒熱燙燙地入口,加埋少少雞油一齊食味道唔錯,輕咬感覺柔滑。

內臟我比較鍾意食鮮鵝腸,腸壁既脂肪去得一乾二淨,更加唔會有一股內臟異味,煮熟左size唔會縮到細細條冇野食,牛柏葉同鵝腸係最佳火鍋孖寶,爽脆彈牙既程度有點驚喜,加少少蒜蓉食仲Perfect!

蔬菜籃可以平衡一下肉食後滯悶感,有金菇又有時令西洋菜,加埋莞茜既獨有香氣,湯既清甜度更上一層。

打邊爐嘆返口冰凍既檸樂,有氣之餘味道酸酸地幾開胃,飲落去透心涼。
奶茶紅豆冰味道同樣做出港式茶記既味道,茶香醇滑粒粒紅豆起沙。
