To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已有一段時間沒吃火鍋了,這次和朋友去了一家主打泰式菜的餐廳泰金鍋,環境寬敞,牆上還播放著泰國的MV。澳洲穀飼肩胛牛小排放題 $536我們選了澳洲穀飼肩胛牛小排套餐,還加了一個鴛鴦鍋,另外花了$68。湯底分別選擇了馬來娘惹叻沙鍋和青檸椰奶雞湯鍋。叻沙鍋口感偏辣,雞湯鍋真的帶有明顯的酸味。餐廳有一個流水蝦任食,讓客人自己夾取放入桶中,再拿去煮食,新鮮蝦肉滾熟後,入口有彈牙的感覺。自助吧提供了很多選擇,包括飲品、甜品、生果、蔬菜、菇類等,全部都是自助形式,由客人自行選擇。覺得蔬菜和湯底都挺好的。肉類和炸物需要單點,個人覺得沙嗲串燒和榴槤炸彈都挺不錯的。牛小排切成薄片,很快滾熟,質地軟嫩,有點少少醬汁也很好吃。
