今日李老闆帶我到旺角樓上呢間西餐廳慶祝生日。首先點個小食先:黑松露薯條🍟薯條即叫即炸,炸得極為香脆,仲配黑松露醬汁,超正!Main course我就揀左呢度既Signature:西西里島開邊龍蝦意粉🍝呢道菜影相呃like真係一流!龍蝦肉好彈牙,不過食落有d麻煩😅而蕃茄汁既意粉食落特別開胃,意粉既質感軟硬亦適中!另外我地仲揀左個steak!食牛肉,我地多數都會揀medium或者medium rare,超怕佢會overcook!所以呢塊牛切開既時候仲係粉紅色架!肉味雖然濃郁,但唔知點解仲係有d「鞋」,咬到有d攰。最後既生日甜品,我就揀左我最愛既桃🍑:Ruby Peach!! 粉紅波波旁邊仲有d食用花同「扮泥」既餅碎,擺碟超靚😍😍一切開個粉紅波波個脆皮,入面既桃汁即刻流出黎,視覺效果極好!peach既mousse好幼滑,酸酸甜甜,口感好清新好fresh!我中意呢個甜點👍🏻👍🏻呢度既前菜同甜品都幾好,不過main course就有待改善。

另外我地仲揀左個steak!食牛肉,我地多數都會揀medium或者medium rare,超怕佢會overcook!所以呢塊牛切開既時候仲係粉紅色架!肉味雖然濃郁,但唔知點解仲係有d「鞋」,咬到有d攰。
