18樓看出去的景觀當然一流,而這裏的食物同樣有水準。要是不打算求求期期吃一餐的,來這裡是不錯的選擇。環境昏暗有氣氛,但吃飽喝足之後小心有睡意。我就是這樣,也不好意思讓朋友知道她講的話我眼瞓到沒聽入耳🤫。餐牌和水樽都好靚。當初以為水樽是特別設計去襯店名。後來看見樽底寫著牌子名,心想店主也很花盡心思了。Deluxe House Burger,$168。因為很巨型,切半的時候就開始像比薩斜塔般傾斜了。材料豐富新鮮,麵包脆口。用上和牛的兩層超厚牛肉真不是說笑的,很有牛味。整個漢堡好味juicy。問題在我不能一手拿着它一口咬下去。而且吃半個已經飽。所以厚身又香脆的薯條被我冷落了😬。青口香檳忌廉汁意粉,$138。青口圍邊像朵花,很有心思。意粉面頭看似乾身,其實底下有香檳忌廉汁,質感乾爽煙勒。青口無沙新鮮但肉不會很大,不過這麼多隻青口已經補償了。Matches,$98。沒有改錯名😆。造型維肖維妙,看餐牌已讓我們選中它了。這裏的甜品真是影相呃like一流。設計獨特,器皿也花心思。把食這件事提升到藝術的層次。火柴盒是香橙味又冰冰涼涼的mousse,食落好舒服。而那兩支火柴也是香燈味,但比較甜而硬身,跟火柴盒軟綿清香有明顯對比,加上底下的粒粒咖啡ganache,味道剛剛好。而那塊打印出來的火柴面,質感特別,當初以為是一咬就碎的白朱古力,但不似。不過第一次吃,滿有趣的。看見其他甜品也很別緻。另外又見不少客人要了虹吸式花果手工茶。好特別,也是影相呃like不可少。我和朋友很好奇的看著,下次再來真的要試下。到時只吃甜品都值。但這裏有最低消費,要留意。 continue reading

相信係旺角區搵過想食好西既朋友,呢幢726都絕對唔陌生,今次就推介呢間DOUX高質西餐比大家!真係有Feel,又有View架!先比個View大家睇下,雖然唔係海景view,又唔係d咩特別壯麗既景觀,不過正正因為禁,一大片落地大玻璃,望住旺角大角嘴既城市景,靜靜地禁望住,其實都有種不其然既relax .....時間大約1830左右,重會睇到日落添架!一排餐枱都可以完全enjoy到呢個落地大玻璃景,餐廳既環境都幾舒適,唔會有種壓迫感呢支係我揀既手工啤,味道幾有驚喜喎 ! 佢個名叫 Allgauer Helles Weissbier,係黎自德國既手工啤,佢既酒精濃度有 5.2%,佢係採用左最高級的蒸餾方法製造,味道溫和輕身,都幾清,重有少許果香味,都真係幾正 !** 小心開樽蓋果陣,會大大聲"卜"一聲,好開香檳咁架 !!呢支就係我朋友叫既手工啤,佢就叫做 Breakfast Stout,濃度有 4.5%既佢,味道有濃濃既咖啡味 ! 果種咖啡既味道強烈得黎又有種新鮮烤製咖啡豆既味道,如果鍾意飲咖啡既朋友一定要試試,味道都真係幾濃烈,重要幾易入口添架 ! (酒量較低既朋友要小心喔! ~)主菜到啦,佢係西西里開邊牛油龍蝦意粉,上枱果陣已經覺得佢既賣相同香味都好吸引,真係一大隻半邊既龍蝦上碟架 !意粉份量多,除左有鮮茄在內之外,重有唔少內醬於意粉之上,口感都唔錯 ; 呢半隻既開邊牛油龍蝦都幾新鮮架,有唔少蝦膏添架 !就算放左落隻碟度都好似好吸引咁...哈哈....另一個主菜就係烤伊比利亞黑毛豬鞍配法式黑醋蜜糖汁,只係睇個賣相都夠曬吸引啦 ! 同時其實呢間餐廳既伴碟配菜都做得幾靚架呢個黑毛豬鞍既肉質都幾鮮嫩,火喉剛好,唔好有種肉質過老既口感 ; 而味道方面,本身既豬肉味都已經夠重,配以豬鞍上面既少許調味料,肉感豐富既佢,其實都已經原汁原味 ; 想味道再濃D既話,就可以沾點埋附有既法式黑醋蜜糖汁,味道更濃更香甜品方面就揀左餐廳推介,又好有特色既 Matches 自家製甜品 !  呢個甜品真係 "人如其名",成個甜品都係傳統火柴黎架,一睇你就知係乜 ! 首先,火柴兩支大大支既其實係牛油餅黎,頭端位置的紅色部分其實係橙味既糖霜黎既,成支都可以食架 ! 而將火柴盒切開,入面其實係帶有咖啡味既香軟蛋糕黎,外層白色既就係唔係太甜,其實係法國甜品中比較常見既一 d蛋糕皮黎,口感軟林林又唔係太甜,都幾得意架 ! 成個甜品只係個賣相都夠你比個like我啦 ! 哈哈,絕對值得一試架 ! continue reading

今晚放假,同老公去拍下拖,呢間係佢精心挑選的餐廳我地上到去大約6點左右,所以未算太多人,環境好舒服,有陽光照入來感覺好放鬆!到左7點左右就差不多爆場啦老公先叫左杯美式咖啡嘆下,佢話味道苦苦地好醒晨而我就叫左個虹吸式花果手工茶,入面有菠蘿,玫瑰花,薰衣草。侍應之後就開左個小火係底,滾左就即刻關火,好得意味道好香,而且唔會太甜,值得一試北海道帶子甘藍沙律,呢個沙律菜好新鮮,一啲苦味都冇,而且入面仲有合桃,沙律醋甜甜地,開胃北海道帶子好大粒,煎到啱啱好,食落去好鮮味!青口香檳忌廉汁意粉,青口有好多隻,雖然唔算好大隻,但勝在夠新鮮唔霉!意粉個汁好濃味,好好食,其實意粉份量都好多,因為隻碟好深黑毛豬鞍,呢個煎到勁香,食落去真係覺得唔錯,一啲都唔鞋,好 “淋”身!配菜有好多種類好豐富,正!切落去嗰時仲見到有好多肉汁,好味甜品好得意吖,果兩支棒棒食落去好似曲奇,好鬆化Cake食落去唔算太甜,清清地都OK傍晚時分望落去好靚吖 continue reading

又回來Doux 了,自從上次同事們慶祝我訂婚請我來吃過之後,便對這裡的黑毛豬鞍念念不忘,吃到好西當然要和最愛的人分享!雖然母親節剛過,但孝敬媽媽從不需要等大時大節,今晚親去食啦!法國活青口香檳忌廉汁意粉$138自己本身勁喜忌廉汁,青口新鮮肉厚,份量合理得沒話說。最欣賞是醬汁夠多又不太咸,我們倆三扒兩撥便秒殺了全碟意粉,一點不剩。烤iberico黑毛豬鞍法式黑醋蜜糖汁$268一如以往般juicy,是必點的招牌菜,黑醋蜜糖汁更令豬鞍提味,不肥不膩。欣賞這菜式不只顧主菜,連配菜都不如一般西餐廳求其,真的有用心烹調,合我口味。薰衣草椰青檸檬冰$56很吸晴的冰飲,最適合炎夏解渴。第一次喝薰衣草飲品,味道特別,沒有太多椰青甜味,整體是微酸又帶花香的。虹吸式花果手工茶$68為了養生關係我點了熱飲,通常熱飲都沒冰凍特飲吸引,但這手工茶例外啊!看在造型多獨特,上枱後才把它煮沸,吸力把茶由下而上吸到器皿內,慢慢喝也不怕冷掉,而且果味濃郁又不甜,非常滿意!特式甜品Matches$98 大愛多款甜品的賣相,巨型火柴加火柴盒的形狀甜品還真是未見過,橙味mousse同橙味牛油shortbread 變成了火柴扮相,加上如煙灰般的咖啡豆ganache ,創意100分。 continue reading

Doux is small eatery tucked away inside of one of many metropolis buildings in the area.  The first thing that you notice upon entering is the open kitchen counter top and the view.   The decor is reasonably minimalist and the dim lighting is reminiscent of a small French cafe.The cuisine however, is definitely European fare with a heavy emphasis on entrees.Thankfully, their drink menu isn't compromised in the process, and we ordered an Orange Mango Iced Tea and the Mint Lemonade.  The mint lemonade resembled a mojito mocktail, but the after taste was smooth and lacked the bitterness from the rind that happened t often in these lemon heavy drinks.  The Iced tea was a stark contrast in comparison, having a slightly bitter note with a earthy fruitiness the closer you were to the bottom.Our entrees were recommended and selected by the chef, which consisted of their Pasta Sicily Lobster and their New Zealand Rib eye.  The first dish consisted of a half lobster, arranged on a bed of spaghetti with tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes, the sauce had a strong onion flavor, and definitely didn't require any extra seasoning.. It was reassuring finding chunks of actual tomato, which had an interesting briny flavor as a result of being cooked with the lobster.  The lobster itself was a tad fishy, but relatively easy to eat along side the pasta, despite looks.  A lever nutcracker is provided, which is a godsend in lobster dishes.  The pasta was smooth, which caused the sauce to have trouble sticking sometimes, but an abundance of sauce was provided so this is rarely an issue.The steak on the other hand had a much less modest presentation, being served on a wooden board with a porcelain gravy cup.  It also featured an arrangement of root vegetables including Okinawan sweet potato, regular sweet potatoes, and a young white potato that happen to be sweet as well.  It also featured plenty of okra and cherry tomatoes.  The presentation was finished off with a dash of mustard on the side.  The steak was prepared medium-well, and while not my preferred temperature, there was sufficient beefy notes to indicate a moderate amount of aging.  The provided sauce seemed to a resemble a demi-glace, but a tad sweeter.  The portion was generous, and the crust was done well, adding a noticeable smoky charcoal flavor.   continue reading
