趁住星期日放假,去左食日本野。今次去食嘅日本野係- 大山日本料理,餐廳喺旺角登打士廣場附近,好方便。特上刺身拼盤見到menu上面張圖好吸引,一於就叫左黎試下。menu有寫埋件數,可以自己大約預返份量,成個拼盤最鐘意佢三文魚腩,帶子同海膽。三文魚腩大細啱啱好一啖擺曬落口,三文魚香同爽滑同一時間感覺到,好滿足。帶子都好鮮甜,唔會韌。海膽香味濃郁,食落質地都好幼滑。大阪燒上枱熱辣辣,已經切好四份,粉嘅比例啱啱好,椰菜爽脆。配埋燒醬,蛋黃醬,仲有滿滿嘅鰹魚乾片,好好食,趁熱食。黑松露三文魚沙律好好食,三文魚切粒,加左黑松露醬,每粒三文魚粒都好均勻咁有黑松露醬喺面。食落每啖有淡淡嘅黑松露香,但唔會掩蓋左三文魚嘅鮮甜味,食落好清新。配埋新鮮沙律菜,非常開胃。本身想試下梅酒梳打,原來飲品下午時段冇酒水,所以就叫左杯熱咖啡,味道都OK。
