Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺佐敦同圓方嗰頭,行去屯馬線柯士甸站,原來搵好食嘢都唔難!呢個位置真係旺中帶靜,選擇又多,估唔到一間外表平平無奇嘅越南餐廳,竟然連續7年攞到米芝蓮推介(由1978年開到而家嘅老字號越南菜!)。咁點可以唔帶老公去試試?最近佢主動做家務多咗,我都幾滿意佢,哈哈!老公話因為要等大假先北上先有得打邊爐真在等到頸都長, 所以佢一見到MENU 中既雪花牛肉鍋 (HKD 168), 牛骨漡底仲要係薄切實在太吸引而非吃不可, 加上因為我唔食牛肉而令到佢最大滿足可以成個係佢私有化既美, 而且呢個鍋仲有埋檬粉另上, 老公就可以同步ENJOY 一個雪花牛檬粉鍋, 加埋一個Bia Saigon Special 既啤酒實在係同用一餐飯既時間去個越南旅行一樣咁正, 老公仲話好肯定自己無我喺度自己都會再黎我所點既咖哩雞檬一樣無失望, 因為係好香但又唔太辣既黃咖哩而易入口, 飲品一係點椰子水, 雖然唔係完整既椰子插飲管咁SERVE俾我, 但係可以好輕鬆咁食到椰子肉真係岩晒我又當飲品同甜品咁享用
