To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 明明早2日訂左今日28號一隻片皮鴨同一個冬瓜盅，但竟然同我講話我就訂左29號黎食（但係你今日又有留枱比我架ro？），冬瓜盅話黎左2個但有一個比阿姐打爛左？！小學雞大話。毫無誠信可言既食市，係疫市時候都做成咁，之後重點會幫襯你地？！平時都有係度飲茶，成日幫襯但係都做到咁，無下次！樓面又得2個人，得1個人上菜。忙到佢地自己人都發脾氣，又趕又慢，做得呢樣又做唔得個樣。。。 不如唔好開，開又無人力做到基本服務。今次真係一個十分之差既經歷。
