To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室大概有三四家分店,我們是在尖沙咀店吃,印象最深的是滑蛋超級超級嫩👍🏻 點了兩份早餐套餐, A套餐【特濃番茄湯午餐肉粒通粉】和C套餐【旺記烘麥包三文治四重奏😋 其實早餐可選的套餐也不是太多’大概有六種吧 每種套餐都配一杯絲襪奶茶或忌廉咖啡 最最想吃的日本滑蛋飯只有午餐才提供 幸好多士和三明治都配有滑蛋也讓我們嚐到了 通粉裡午餐肉粒是炸製的,不同於平時的吃法,三文治裡咸牛肉+滑蛋+花生醬的組合我超喜歡,花生醬唔多但是使味道更正呀
