今日朋友帶左我黎食鐵板燒慶祝生日,由日籍鐵板師父主理,平時食OMAKASE先會有日本師傅,估唔到鐵板燒都有,日籍師父真係好厲害,除左味道一百分之外,每一道菜都裝飾到好似一幅畫咁靚,味道同視覺一齊享受。和牛鵝肝帝王虎蝦一人前鐵板餐呢個餐CP值甚高,只係$798,就食到鹿兒島和牛、鵝肝、帝王虎蝦同埋白鱈魚。前菜:牛蒡、豆腐、煙燻雞肉、富貴柿沙律沙律用左新鮮既沙律菜同依家當造既富貴柿,富貴柿顏色橙黃,味道清香頗甜。刺身:油甘魚,赤身,魷魚刺身應都好新鮮,赤身亦好鮮甜。茶碗蒸茶碗蒸用上鰹魚湯汁、魚籽、黑木耳絲同埋黑松露去蒸,口感幼滑,黑松露味香濃。野生白鱈魚野生白鱈魚被譽為世界十大最好食的魚類之一,油脂豐富,質地細膩,魚肉非常嫩滑,配埋師傅秘製既白蜆汁同法色燉菜,係絕配。帝王虎蝦稱得上帝王虎蝦,真係好大隻,肉質彈牙厚實,配埋蝦膏醬同來自沖繩既紫薯粉,非常惹味香煎鵝肝鵝肝煎到外脆內軟,配埋18年黑醋周埋紅菜頭汁,食落唔會膩。A4鹿兒島和牛卷、日本野菜和牛脂肪紋理細緻,肉質細嫩,口感柔軟多汁,師傅將芽菜同蔥包係裡面,食落雙重口感,食到和牛既柔軟之餘,亦食到芽菜同蔥既爽脆,日本野菜都好鮮甜,有蘆荀、

呢個係季節限定,師傳將櫻花蝦同梅子粉加入炒飯,食落帶少少酸,口感好特別,而且食完一半仲可以加湯做茶漬飯,一碗飯有兩個口感。
