日本人正宗拉麵店之《黑龍》餐廳主打濃湯拉麵、沾麵,餐廳每月會有不同限定優惠,餐廳雖少,但氛圍感十分濃厚,餐廳職員有d係講日本,牛筋Black沾麵(小)沾麵湯底以牛筋熬製以成,上台時香氣濃郁,湯面有黑椒及三至四塊牛筋,牛筋入口有膠質,湯底質地濃,麵底可選擇凍或熱及硬度,面質入口彈牙,配料薄叉燒大大塊、木耳及溏心蛋一同入口口感豐富,蛋黃流心度做得非常好。白雞鹽味拉麵:湯底以豚骨熬製以成,每啖都是精華,豚骨加上脂質溶入湯底,令湯底更加味道更濃郁,拉麵係幼身拉麵,同樣可以選擇硬度及辣度,辣度可分、基本、兩倍、激辣,食得辣既朋不妨一試,配料有叉燒、黑木耳、香蔥、紫菜。餃子(5件):皮薄外層煎得少少脆,肉餡豐富入口肉汁很多。 章魚燒:入口粉不多,章魚粒挺多,同樣是經典小吃。
