南瀛水產位置相當方便易搵,尖沙咀站B2出口,行一分鐘已經到。好彩預先卜左位,7:30上到去已經差唔多全場爆滿,餐廳裝修好日式,好似去左日本居酒屋🏮⋯⋯地方又闊落,乾淨企理,枱與枱之間有透明隔板隔開,二人枱都好大張,坐得好舒服。先order前菜:🥢煙肉波菜沙律🥗,平時波菜必定係熟食,估唔到生食都可以;成份沙律菜好新鮮,煙肉細細粒小小咸,拌勻沙律醋,成個味道balance番,好味又清新😋。🥢牛油露筍,牛油味好香,露筍薄切仲好爽脆,加埋本菇同金菇,多左菇嘅香味之餘更多左重口感。🥢清酒🍶煮蜆,黎到熱辣辣,要襯熱食😋,唔好睇啲蜆細細粒,肉身都幾彈牙,索埋清酒嘅精華,加提鮮。🥢香蒜牛舌,表面燒得焦焦地,入面就好腍滑,牛味雖唔太重,但口感極之好。壽司🍣盛、天婦羅、玉子燒:🍣壽司最正就係甜蝦,鮮甜彈牙;帶子肥美肉厚;鯖魚慢慢咀嚼,魚油慢慢滲出,更加帶出魚香;拖羅油花唔太多,但入口即溶好好食😋。天婦羅,炸漿控制得非常好,只薄薄一層包住食材,入口又脆又冇油滯感,一路食都唔會覺得好溜。😋玉子燒,呢個最有驚喜,超級好食,熱辣辣上枱已經聞倒好濃蛋香,入口超級軟滑濕潤,蛋味極濃,我就冇蘸任何配料,咁先可以食倒蛋原

先order前菜:

戲肉出場😃蚧味噌甲羅燒、牡蠣🦪
店員先將預先放係蟹蓋入面嘅蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹子、鵪鶉蛋、蔥花撈勻,放在火爐上燒,大約三數分鐘,再撈勻一次,經過兩次重覆撈勻動作,終於有得食啦😋,蟹膏好濃好香滑,用匙羹一啖啖筆黎食,實在太奢侈啦,如果呢個時候有碗白飯就prefect啦😂。

牡蠣🦪佢係同蚧甲羅一齊放上爐燒,因為牡蠣比較肉厚,所以燒時間亦相對要耐一啲,時間夾得岩岩好,食完蚧甲羅,牡蠣又出場啦,肥嘟嘟🦪,熱辣辣,識食係成隻放入口,嘩😋一口咬爆蠔肉,入邊質感好creamy,鮮味就開始跑出黎😆⋯⋯實在太邪惡啦😋。

最後就叫左一客味淋燒魚乾,慢慢咀嚼下,口感好似牛肉乾,味道當然係魚鮮味啦,一路食一路嘆埋杯白肉桃梳打,今晚完美晚餐劃上句號啦。😋😋😋
