Recently this resturant offers Japanese hot pot buffet for $350..1)Food:The first two dishes (one for each person) of meat offer is very nice, high quality japanese beef...BUT....starting from the 3rd dish..they started to serve ordinary frozen beef..very disappointed..this is a japanese $350 hot pot buffet in a hotel resturant..Not a $58 Chinese hot pot buffet in a housing estate resturant.2)Environment and service:The environment is only fair, just like an ordinary japanese resturant. 2)Environment and service:
The environment is only fair, just like an ordinary japanese resturant. And for the service, It can be much better for a hotel resturant. The staff is not efficient. Time for the dishes is EXTREMELY slow. We have to wait for 15 mins for each of the dish we ordered. And each dish is only a few mouthful of food.
3min of eating and 12 min of waiting for the next dish..My hot pot is nearly dry out, but no one came to add water..
very very unpleasant experience for this price..
