To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工真是一個字：攰！終於捱到收工，當然要搵間靚餐廳chill一chill，醫吓個肚！今次去咗位於灣仔合和中心嘅一遊，一間充滿日式風情嘅居酒屋。木系裝潢配上昏黃嘅燈光，暖笠笠feel又唔失格調，牆上仲有啲日式插畫同小擺設，影相打卡都好有feel。🐙 八爪魚沙律 ($98)頭盤點咗個八爪魚沙律，擺盤好精緻，八爪魚切得薄薄，口感爽脆彈牙，配上新鮮沙律菜同微微酸嘅醬汁，酸甜交織好開胃！仲有少少蔥花點綴，味道層次感十足。🍣 海膽吞拿魚壽司 ($268)海膽入口即化，鮮甜，配上厚切嘅吞拿魚，油脂感同海膽嘅濃香完美平衡。底層飯粒粒分明，醋味適中。🍲 豚肉野菜豆腐鍋冷氣有啲涼，點咗個豚肉野菜豆腐鍋暖吓胃。湯底清甜，豚肉薄切入口嫩滑，仲有好多新鮮野菜同滑豆腐，食落好健康又滿足。湯頭濃而不膩，飲完一碗仲想encore！🥟 豬肉餃子豬肉餃子外皮煎得金黃香脆，內餡juicy到不得了，咬落啖啖肉香，簡單但有誠意。🐷豚肉生薑燒飯豬肉切得唔厚唔薄，煎得外焦內嫩，薑汁同醬油嘅調味好香，甜鹹平衡得啱啱好。仲有啲洋蔥絲，食落清爽又唔會太重口，係下飯神器。
