To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日兩點幾仲未食晏,一個人去了中環的大家樂食tea,見到有日式大煲翅茶餐好似幾唔錯喎,於是叫了個日式海皇翅拼蜜汁燒雞翼~估不到海皇翅以大砂煲上,另有淅醋一包另上,一d都唔"hea",有誠意!而且材料也很豐富,有素翅、魚肉絲、竹笙等,味道頗鮮,又唔會太"杰"或太稀,啱啱好~這個大煲翅,雖然只是素翅,並不是什麼矜貴東西,但味道殊不簡單!!在今時今日鯊魚被人類麻木地大量捕殺的情況下,轉吃素翅不是更好嗎?也算是行動上的一種支持吧!!!!而蜜汁燒雞翼是雞全翼,皮燒得幾香,微微的脆,而且肉質很嫩滑。只是略嫌蜜汁味較單薄,如果蜜糖味重多少少會更佳~
