To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【中環大家樂|$37鴛鴦炒飯快評】 今日晏晝趕會議,衝入中環大家樂試新出嘅「鴛鴦炒飯」,$37連飲品嘅價錢在金融區簡直係救贖!一碟兩味嘅賣相幾吸引,左邊茄汁蝦仁炒得鑊氣十足,右邊白汁火腿就偏奶膩,兩種醬汁意外地冇互相干擾。米飯炒得粒粒分明,可惜蝦仁爽口度一般,似急凍貨色。 性價比在中環來說無得輸,但白汁部分略嫌稠身,食到一半要狂灌凍檸茶。趕時間OL可以一戰,追求鑊氣嘅就未必滿足。 速食指數:★★★★★ 飽足感:★★★☆☆ 驚喜度:★★☆☆☆ 後記:碟邊殘留嘅「楚河漢界」分界線,完美象徵打工仔午餐嘅效率至上哲學!

大家樂又出新款下午茶啦👋🏻👋🏻 今次係甜味菠蘿包遇上咸味豬柳芝士滑蛋。個菠蘿包就正常,未至於有出爐咁新鮮脆口,但就唔會係隔夜冧晒。食一啖菠蘿包,配一啖豬柳芝士滑蛋,味道係甜味加咸味,可以接受既人會覺得好食,但唔接受既人會覺得好奇怪😂😂😂 但我係屬於前者😎 覺得好好味✌🏻✌🏻呢個新下午茶,仲有另外2款口味,係午餐肉配芝士滑蛋或者港式叉燒配芝士滑蛋。呢個下午茶係$34跟野飲,下午茶嚟講,個份量已經好足夠了😎😎

午餐 見好耐無食過 叫左佢新推既太極鴛鴦炒飯 $36咋 外賣黎講 佢都好快 味道都幾好 都足料有五六隻蝦 應該為左多啲顏色 所以灑左幾粒青豆系面😅😂個人中意白汁個邊多啲😋呢個價錢仲包一杯低糖綠茶 好抵!

_______好味指數:🌟🌟抵食指數:🤑🤑大家樂其實真係好趕時間而附近除咗佢又冇乜嘢揀先會食,而我之前因為做gym要食得清淡啲,但又想食肉所以就去咗✅叉燒飯我叫叉燒飯一定講三樣嘢:瘦叉,少飯,走色。不過每次拎餐就算見到張單寫齊三樣嘢都有大機率漏其中一樣以上。可能係燒味師傅太忙,成日都見到得一個師傅係燒味部,要體諒嘅。而瘦叉又係睇運氣,有啲乾到好似柴咁,有時又直接比肥叉你,不過今次算係不過不失

鐵板燒當然冬天吃更加惹味, 這次剛好經過街坊店大家樂, 口痕想試鐵板牛扒就點了一個。這次我點了西冷牛扒加洋蔥汁。 牛扒非常嫩滑大概也應該加了鬆肉粉, 配上洋蔥汁, 非常惹味。 旁邊還有粟米和千島腸, 口感清新。餐廳環境非常寬敞,不過地方不算太衛生。
