To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鰂魚涌一帶平日一到lunch time就會好多人搵食,邊間好味一眼就睇得出。旺記就係其中一間每日都大排長龍嘅冰室。平時我就懶得去等,因為lunch time 時間寶貴,但今次係OpenRice見到有外賣自取呢個服務,覺得好方便,可以落咗單計啱時間先慢慢過去拎,唔使喺門口等,咁熱嘅天氣黎講絕對係一個福音。我今次就嗌左佢嘅招牌自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯配甜豉油。話係招牌菜果然一啲都冇錯,佢嘅叉燒一啲都唔硬,薄得來好有咬口,亦有叉燒嘅香味。至於啲蛋,就同平時喺日本超市買開嘅日本蛋一樣咁有蛋香,而且好滑,蛋同叉燒嘅份量配搭亦都係啱啱好,可以做到每啖都有叉燒又有蛋,而甜豉油絕對係一個highlight, 帶出咗成個餸嘅鮮美嘅鮮味。正!
